About The Position
As a Planning Manager at Motive, your core responsibility is to create and maintain an effective supply plan and cash flow model to ensure effective supply planning for products, cables, and accessories, thus achieving targeted inventory levels and financial goals. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Program Management team and Logistics team to ensure supply and inventory aligns with forecasted demand and to improve supply efficiency. This role is data-driven and detail-oriented, requiring strong teamwork with various internal teams. You will report directly to the Senior Planning Manager.
