As a Planning Manager for Service and Warranty, you will lead a high-performance team of global demand and supply planners for spare parts, collaborating with various teams to implement process improvements that elevate rider support. You will oversee global improvement projects focused on optimizing centralized inventory and enhancing fulfillment efficiency, develop and execute spare parts planning strategies that support global business objectives, and provide leadership and mentorship to planning team members.
