About The Position

Key Responsibilities Production Planning Leadership Lead and develop daily and weekly production plans aligned with capacity, material availability, and customer demand. Supervise the MPS and detailed planning process to ensure accurate and efficient execution. SIOP & Data Analysis Analyze and prepare all relevant data for the monthly SIOP cycle. Collect, interpret, and analyze data using established tools and formats to support decision-making. Operational Excellence Provide support to operations and act as first-line supervisor for transactional processes within production planning. Drive continuous improvement by reviewing existing processes and proposing new ideas to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency. Performance & Stakeholder Management Monitor team performance, allocate work, and take corrective actions to ensure timeliness and quality. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders by preparing materials, arranging meetings, and supporting communication flows. Health, Safety & Environment Follow all HSE policies and ensure the team works safely. Identify unsafe behaviors and escalate issues when appropriate. Leadership & Direction Clearly communicate action plans and connect daily work with broader business strategy, mission, and vision. Motivate the team to achieve site-level planning and operational goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP/MPS, materials planning, and supply chain workflows. Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring. Excellent planning, organizing, and prioritization skills. Ability to manage complex information and solve problems effectively. Negotiation skills and ability to balance stakeholder needs. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. Proven ability to motivate and develop talent within the team. Results‑driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability. Requirements
