Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical skills and love drawing insights from data.
• Strong command of Excel and are comfortable with Access and/or SQL for data manipulation.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for getting the numbers right.
• Ability to clearly explain findings and ideas in a digital and global environment.
• Passion for business and eagerness to learn how data drives results in a real-world setting.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Previous coursework or projects related to forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the unit sales forecast and inventory plan for a specific business category.
• Analyze forecast errors, recommend creative solutions, and implement action plans to continuously improve our predictions.
• Develop and maintain reports that track forecast performance, creating alerts and dashboards that provide clear analytical insights to the team.
• Monitor performance, manage exceptions, and work to improve the quality and reliability of our inventory plan.
• Partner with leaders and team members in a fast-paced, digital environment to ensure our supply chain runs smoothly.
