Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we’re looking to add a Planning Intern located in our Milpitas, CA site. Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the student will assist with Production and Material Planning based activities and reporting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student pursuing Bachelor degree - preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain (undergrad students only)
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Highly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn new processes and tools.
• Available to start on May 26th and work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10–12-week summer assignment
• Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
• 3.0 minimum GPA

Nice To Haves

• Flowchart knowledge is a plus!
• Previous internship / project experiences a plus!

Responsibilities

• Learning the basics of Material and Production Planning, including ERP and planning workflows.
• Supporting process mapping and documentation for planner activities.
• Supporting preparation of daily/weekly production, inventory, and material reports.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to ongoing projects or improvement initiatives.
• Providing ad ‑ hoc support during month-end activities and planner tasks as needed
• Contributing to gathering data for planning analysis, trends and dashboards.
