This role is pivotal in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, and Manufacturing industries. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in the following tools: Primavera P6,Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel (Advanced).Power BI
  • Strong understanding of project planning techniques, critical path method (CPM), and earned value management (EVM).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A team player with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project .
  • Monitor project progress, identify critical paths, and highlight risks or delays to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Support project teams in planning activities, resource loading, and progress measurement.
  • Integrate schedule and cost data for earned value analysis and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to align schedules and priorities.
  • Maintain and update project data on SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports to visualize project performance.
  • Support planning process improvements and contribute to project controls best practices.
