About The Position

The Planning Data Analyst plays a crucial role in the Strategic & Business Planning team at Norton Healthcare. This position is responsible for applying financial principles to support budgeting, cost accounting, and financial modeling. The analyst will complete third-party surveys, develop key metrics scorecards, and conduct ongoing financial analysis to inform decision-making within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three years of experience in finance or business administration.
• Basic knowledge of cost accounting systems and general ledger systems.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of audit experience.
• One year of experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete all third-party surveys related to financial metrics.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of key metrics scorecards.
• Analyze and summarize financial information for various service lines and initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing ad hoc analysis to support NHC initiatives.
• Apply knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and financial modeling in daily tasks.
