In this full-time planning and design role, you'll support the development of master plans, feasibility studies, and site analyses. You'll assist in preparing documentation for municipal entitlements, coordinate with city departments, and contribute to the design and layout of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Your work will help shape the built environment through thoughtful planning and original, creative problem-solving. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, urban planning, or related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign), and Microsoft Office
  • Strong layout, organization, verbal, and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SketchUp and/or Lumion is a plus!
