About The Position
The Planning Analyst reports to the Director, Clinical Business Development and supports system-level strategy development, market analytics and market research. He/She is responsible for reporting, conducting analysis, summarizing findings and developing business plans. The Analyst maintains external market databases and software applications and uses this data to monitor and respond to inquiries for market intelligence and support decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three years' healthcare experience, or related experience, in research, data analytics, marketing, business development or planning.
- Proven knowledge of healthcare planning and market research conducted to create system-level strategies.
- Ideal candidates will have advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, as well as experience in data modeling.
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Experience with healthcare data management.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Experience working with financial analysis/data.
