Together, we secure everything from family garages to the world's most iconic stadiums and skyscrapers. We currently have an opening for a Planning Analyst ll, in our Troy, Ohio location.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or supply chain.
  • At least One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mastery of pivot tables, formatting errors, vlookup, sumifs, subtotals, links between files, correcting formula errors and able to select correct tools and formulas in Excel.
  • Basic understanding and usage of Power BI and Power Automate - need to have working knowledge.
  • Provide meaningful analysis using Demantra Forecast.
  • Ability to do critical review of color, words, visuals data validation and integrity.
  • Be able to back- up at least two other areas within the department.
  • Ability to communicate to leadership using words, numbers and visuals in a round table setting.
  • Project management and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and utilize sophisticated Excel and Power BI reports to help DCs effectively manage their inventory.
  • Recommend and implement optimal stocking levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve purchasing issues for the DCs.
  • Support IT initiatives to automate the purchasing of special orders.
  • Identify available stock to efficiently fill trucks and manage logistics.
  • Lead inventory cost-savings projects at the DCs to improve profitability.
  • Enhance the stock offering to increase sales from on-hand inventory.
  • Manage the seasonal stock build to align with market demand and sales cycles.
  • Will work daily in Excel and Power BI. Must have experience in using and understanding data.
  • Participates in weekly and monthly planning meetings. Must be able to discuss the data with leadership.
  • Requires the ability to stay focused for long periods of time, stay organized and understand time and capacity constraints in manufacturing.
  • Requires proactive and analytical skills that use data to drive decision-making.
