About The Position

Executes day-to-day analytical support to operating departments including, but not exclusive to, food & beverage, retail, and entertainment. Develop and maintain management reports which reflect clear, accurate and concise data analysis. Provide short-term/quick turnaround support for analysis requests at the direction of department leader(s). Regularly synthesize large amounts of data into actionable recommendations and presentations for management review. Proactively identifies revenue and cost savings opportunities. Provides analytical support for budgeting and forecasting. Provides stakeholders with data and recommendations to make informed labor decisions. Measures and monitors productivity reports on costs and labor. Conduct objective, rigorous analytics to help the business improve profitability through expense reduction. Optimize schedules based on business needs and labor standards, ensuring resource allocation aligns with demand. Utilize Virtual Roster, UKG Basic, and/or UKG Advanced to manage scheduling and timekeeping systems. Interprets data into meaningful and relevant reports with recommendations. Contributes to the presentation of operating financial results for assigned areas. Communicate conclusions, implications, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Analyze standard reporting and conduct in-depth analysis to provide insight on customer behavior. Prepares post analysis to measure success and make recommendations to improve based on results.

Requirements

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Streamline processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and speed
Fluent in use of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Access)
Proficiency in SQL required and Power BI recommended
Ability to work diplomatically with all levels of management in order to influence without authority
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building and problem-solving skills are required
Possess excellent math, statistical and technical financial analysis skills that are detail and result oriented
Strong organizational and time management skills are required
Must present a well-groomed appearance
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
Must be able to work independently
