About The Position

Our client, an aerospace manufacturing company, is seeking a Planner – Production Control to support production workflows by preparing routings, BOMs, and job packets. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth interdepartmental communication, and on-time job releases.

Requirements

• 7+ years in aerospace or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with: EDM (wire, sinker, small hole), CNC machining, elastomer molding.
• Knowledge of aerospace materials (aluminum, stainless steel, alloys).
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP, ITAR .
• Strong GD&T/blueprint reading .
• ERP experience (Syteline/Infor preferred).
• High school diploma or trade school.
• Must Pass Background check and Drug screen
• Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving.
• Excel (filters, VLOOKUP), Outlook, Word, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and update routings, BOMs, and part setups in the ERP system.
• Release and maintain job packets according to production schedules.
• Compare customer specifications with internal processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Machining, EDM, Quality, Tooling, Assembly, and Customer Service.
• Support engineering changes (ECNs) and documentation updates.
• Review completed job packets and enter post-review data.
