About The Position

As a Planner, you will support planning and scheduling activities for assigned projects and workstreams within the Architecture & Facilities Engineering team. Responsibilities Support planning, scheduling, and data tracking activities for assigned project work, using established tools and processes. Maintain schedules and planning data to support project teams and ensure information is current and accurate. Assist in the preparation of short‑term look-ahead schedules and planning reports under guidance from more experienced team members. Coordinate with internal partners (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Facilities) to gather inputs and align schedules. Support data organization and documentation related to project planning and resource tracking. Follow established standards and processes, and identify opportunities for improvement as experience grows. Assist with preparation of materials and summaries for leadership or project reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience with data management or scheduling support
  • Experience using planning or scheduling tools (e.g., Airtable, Primavera, Microsoft Project)
  • Exposure to construction, facilities, or project‑based environments
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new things and adapt to current processes.
  • Basic technical writing skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and partners
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in supporting construction planning or facilities planning.
  • Proficiency in Alteryx.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Application Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to interpret basic drawings and project documentation
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • PMP Certification
