About The Position

This position reports to manufacturing operations team and supports development and training of planning team. This is an entry level planner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with ability to train and coach across all skill levels.
• Experience working with detailed master schedules in a multi plant and multi country environment desired.

Responsibilities

• Tracks key metrics, such as on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, inventory accuracy, and analyze data to identify and solve problems, and prepare reports for management and customers.
• Work with operations team to develop tools for reporting KPIs and metrics.
• Develop capacity planning tools to determine if production constraints, level load the production plan, and identify potential corrective actions such as overtime, adding equipment and/or resources, and expediting.
• Work with supply chain teams to perform clear-to-build (CTB) analysis, and exception reports.
• Work with production, procurement, engineering, and sales teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Identifies and recommends changes to improve production output, efficiency, and capacity.
