Integrated Power Services is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to manage delivery dates and coordinate activities across departments by working closely with department supervisors and customer service representatives. This role is essential in maintaining schedule integrity, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring customer commitments are met.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Ability to analyze schedules, data, and workflows to support effective decision-making.

  • Experience in a manufacturing, service operations, or scheduling environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain delivery schedules to ensure on-time completion and shipment of customer orders.
  • Coordinate daily and long-term scheduling activities across operations, customer service, and department supervisors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for schedule alignment between internal departments and customer service teams.
  • Monitor capacity, workload, and resource availability to proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Communicate schedule changes, priorities, and constraints clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to adjust schedules based on production status, material availability, and labor constraints.
  • Support customer service by providing accurate delivery dates and timely status updates.
  • Utilize the Traverse system to manage schedules, track order progress, and maintain accurate planning data.
  • Leverage Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) to analyze data, create reports, and support planning activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning, scheduling, and interdepartmental coordination processes.
  • Ensure adherence to operating policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records related to schedules, delivery commitments, and changes.
  • Proactively communicate risks to delivery timelines and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate impacts.
  • Follow proper controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
