The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. In this role, you will be responsible for Master Data entry, accuracy, and integrity within ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Areas of focus include Item Master/ Item Branch integrity, Bill of Material Structure, and Maintenance. Ensuring Planning parameters are set, Data Integrity monitoring and revision. Support processes (SOPs) that maintain Master Data and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Support improvement initiatives of ERP functionality in Master Data, Procurement and Production Planning.

Requirements

  • Self-starter who communicates clearly and confidently leads cross‑functional meetings.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where you balance multiple deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in written and oral English.
  • Strong conceptual and practical understanding of supply chain operations, including ERP systems, material management, bills of materials, inventory control, and product flow.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support global master data standards.
  • Ensure the control, maintenance, and accuracy of active BOMs and associated items used in manufacturing operations.
  • Define and standardize plant requirements that support MPS and MRP.
  • Maintain the integrity of the MRP system and its associated processes.
  • Support the collection and analysis of key metrics and contribute to initiatives that improve performance.
  • Support Controlling by providing reports and analysis for various aspects of the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization, including Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Finance, Production Planners, and Material Planners.
  • Assist in developing analytics, reports, and dashboard visualizations related to master data.
  • Possess a conceptual and practical understanding of supply chain operations with an emphasis on ERP systems, material management, bills of materials, inventory control, and product flow.
