As the Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for the daily, weekly and outage planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. You will be an integral part of a best-in-class maintenance program working with site leadership on priorities and coordinating contractors planning processes through accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• You have the ability to achieve and maintain forklift certification.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills as well as the ability to embrace change.
• You communicate effectively in writing and in person.
• You have the ability to understand technical and day to day operation of a bioprocessing facility.
• You know the basics of Microsoft Office Suite.
• You’re capable of learning new programs.
• Due to the physical and safety sensitive nature of this job, you will be subject to a physical and expected to pass a drug screen during the pre-screen process.
• During employment, you’ll be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with maintenance managements systems such as Maximo is a plus.
• Uptime Elements Maintenance Reliability Certification or equivalent certification is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assure all work orders are planned for Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality
• Assure all work orders have necessary technical components to execute high quality work from POET and contractor staff alike
• Coordinate with other POET Bioprocessing resources and contractors as needed to develop accurate work order plans and minimize issues due to planning problems
• Assure all WO’s are in the proper status by identified timeframes to complete work consistent with priority status
• Perform Outage planning and scheduling year around
• Contractor Coordinator Scheduling
• Own completion of weekly schedule one week in advance lead weekly meeting to complete/communicate the 1- week work schedule.
• Schedule Maintenance Technicians available hours weekly to >90%
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure all activities are scheduled consistent with production targets while also maintaining Safety and Environmental standards
