About The Position

The Operations Support Planner is responsible for overseeing the operations of TFF Service Centers. The incumbent analyzes operational data to understand productivity, service, and quality targets. This position provides strategic direction to service center managers to develop action plans and improve service level results. The candidate participates in sales team meetings to understand customer requirements, expectations, and provide operational expertise.
