About The Position
This Maintenance Planner at the Victoria, TX plant is responsible for planning all Maintenance mechanical, electrical, instrument and analyzer work requests in the plant to improve maintenance work efficiency and reduce costs. The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing job-planning packages for maintenance repair work and improvement projects, including estimates of cost, equipment, and material and tool requirements as they relate to their assigned work group. This position must also ensure that sufficient amount of work is planned to satisfy production needs as well as the available man-hour capacity. Functions as the field buyer for all maintenance parts not in stores stock and certain services.
