We’re looking for a Planner/Specialist who will contribute to the cross-channel media planning and investment on key account(s). You will facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration between team members and clients for a cohesive strategy and seamless execution.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of cross-channel media planning and digital investment experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to create cross-channel media recommendations through data-centric analysis.
  • Experience in managing campaign set-up, optimization, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with client billing processes and maintaining campaign documentation.
  • A strong communicator—clear, concise, credible, and fearless in sharing ideas.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Analytical and data-driven, comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.
  • Process-oriented but adaptable, able to handle ambiguity and reprioritize as needed.
  • Confident yet humble, open-minded, and eager to learn.
  • A team player who puts clients first while fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
  • Experienced in mentoring and developing others.

Nice To Haves

  • In-platform experience with The Trade Desk, Meta, TikTok or Google Ads a plus

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the set-up, management, and optimization of cross-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, programmatic, and offline media) across multiple clients and industry verticals.
  • Collaborate on high-level strategy development and contribute to evidence-based media solutions tailored to client objectives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and marketplace trends to inform optimization strategies and tactical plans.
  • Ensure seamless execution and adherence to timelines, deliverables, and budget commitments.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance across key media platforms.
  • Contribute to agency initiatives, including developing best practices, disseminating industry updates, and refining processes.
  • Aid in training the department on new processes and best practices across all media channels.
  • Support the client billing process and maintain key documents (flowcharts, budget sheets, status reports).
  • Participate in competitive and marketplace analysis and contribute to agency points of view (POVs).
