About The Position
Timmons Group is currently seeking a Planner I to join our Richmond, VA office. The Planner is responsible for assisting with the entitlement phase of private land development projects. The Planner will analyze site conditions, regulations, and community needs to develop layouts for residential, commercial, or recreational spaces.
