Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of related experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various departments and levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and apply priority to projects with adaptability and urgency while meeting timelines.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of database systems; Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Oracle ERP application preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor final approval of products through the complete product cycle.
  • Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
  • Interface with various departments in order to expedite operations that delay schedules and/or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
  • Schedule inspections of LRU and PCB builds, reworks, and modifications to ensure standard quality specifications are met.
  • Update department leads and management regarding the status of assigned programs.
