About The Position

Serigraph is looking for a Planner Estimator Assistant to join our Specialty Graphics Division. This role provides administrative and technical support for planning and estimating functions, ensuring the accuracy of job plans, cost estimates, and documentation of manufacturing processes. As part of our SG Administration team, you'll work closely with operations to keep production on track, support new business growth, and contribute to continuous improvement. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable with data, and eager to grow in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a light to medium manufacturing environment or equivalent training.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of good departmental and company safety/housekeeping/PPE practices.
• Understand departmental procedures and policies.

Nice To Haves

• Associate Degree in a technical field, business, or related discipline.
• Experience with project scheduling, spreadsheets, databases, and word processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing job plans and cost estimates using approved manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Collect and maintain accurate production data for estimating and scheduling purposes.
• Collaborate with operations teams to clarify job requirements and support daily production needs.
• Document process changes, updates, and approved cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintain organized files and records related to job planning, estimating, and process improvement projects.
• Ensure quality and stop production to correct quality concerns.
• Inform management of products and/or processes that do not conform to requirements.
• Ensure all environmental practices and materials are handled and disposed of per appropriate procedures in your area.
• Support Serigraph's current quality business system and understand the use of SPECS, the Serigraph quality manual.
