About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planner Co-op to join our team. This role is ideal for current students in their 2nd year or above seeking hands-on experience in planning and project management within a dynamic and collaborative aerospace organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working in a safe manner, adhering to all company safety policies, be a champion for safety, and assist in various planning activities including strategic planning, project coordination, and administrative support. This internship is on-site and can be part-time (20+hours/ week) or full-time, with the schedule determined based on availability and course load.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college degree program in Business, Planning, Project Management, or a related field

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Planning or Project Management intern desired but not required

Responsibilities

• Works in a safe manner, adheres to safety policies and procedures, and ensures those working in the same area are working safely
• Assist in the coordination and management of planning projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Conduct research to support planning initiatives and provide insights for decision-making
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and schedules
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
• Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing logistics
• Performs other duties as required
