About The Position

After completing a two-week paid training, you’ll begin handling inbound phone calls, answering questions/concerns from current and future members as well as club staff regarding the Planet Fitness brand while delivering +1 customer service. In addition, you’ll help maintain department inboxes and monitor call volume as needed. Requirements

Previous call center or customer service experience required
Bilingual is a plus!
Must have high school diploma and be at least 18 years old
