About The Position

We are hiring a maintenance employee to join our team. You will inspect different equipment and perform any repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role, you should have experience in maintenance, be skilled with various hand and power tools, able to read blueprints, repair manuals, and tape measure. MAINTENANCE LEVEL 1 -Skilled in the use of hand and power tools. -Complete repairs and preventative maintenance to the equipment. -Ability to maintain focus while working individually. -Know how to read a tape measure. -Ability to replace all types of bearings, chains, sprockets, belts and pulleys. -Minor plumbing jobs, sinks, toilets, sewer pumps. -Ability to replace all types of light bulbs. -Ability to track and repair conveyor belts. (splicing) -2 years of schooling or 2 years' experience. -Minor painting. MAINTENANCE LEVEL 2 -Level 1 skills -Repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems -Ability to use precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices. -Replacing and repairing electric motors and gearboxes. -Ability to use a multi-meter. (volts, ohms, Amps) -Minor welding using a stick and wire welder. -Ability to operate a cutting torch. -Ability to repair damaged threads on bolts or threaded holes. -Ability to remove broken bolts.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Inspect different equipment

• Repair damaged threads on bolts or threaded holes
• Remove broken bolts
