P lancha Cook 3 We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in at our picturesqu e lakeside, boldly flavored Cuban-American cuisine and golfhouse restaurant, Plancha .

Requirements

  • 2 years of culinary experience
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment
  • Flexible and available when extensive work hours are
  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, a nd peers.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
  • High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
  • A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily work with the hot station ( I.e. meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in depth prep of warm items, etc.)
  • Building inventory lists, as well as strategic overview of preparation for the specific outlet
  • Rotate among different outlets depending on occupancy, events, and overall need of the resort
