Join Gallagher as a Placement Specialist in our Captive Practice Group. You’ll work closely with our sales team, captive managers, and producers to help clients find the best insurance solutions. This role is varied, fast-paced, and offers plenty of opportunities to grow.

Requirements

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and great at meeting deadlines.
You enjoy working with data and creating clear, actionable reports.
You’re a strong communicator who can collaborate with multiple teams.
You’re eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry.

Nice To Haves

P&C License preferred but not required.
Experience in insurance or risk management is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare equity analysis documents by gathering and analyzing historical data.
Collaborate with captive managers to match clients with the right captive and submit applications.
Manage onboarding for new members and ensure accounts are set up smoothly.
Market non-captive insurance lines, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing.
Support the sales team and producers with coordination, presentations, and information.
Lead Captive 101 webinars for producers and clients when you’re ready.
