About The Position

The Technical Service Engineer is responsible for providing adequate service to our customers and Service Providers in order to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes building the best-in-class regional technical capability, standard and high efficiency technical operation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
  • More than 2 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and cross-functional coordination ability
  • Technical Background: NEV (New Energy Vehicle) technical background is preferable
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Poland
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely technical solutions through the service portal, remote diagnostics, and onsite support
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners and headquarters to continuously enhance regional technical capabilities
  • Collect and report information on typical fault tendencies, the latest and critical faults, and promote instant solutions to quality problem
  • Develop and release technical notices and document typical technical repair cases
  • Provide timely onsite support with quick solutions, conduct technical research and analysis according to stakeholder instructions, and respond instantly to special events
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager
