About The Position

The person in this role is responsible for coordinating sales and CRM processes within BYD Polska. This position supports the Sales and Marketing teams in data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and maintaining high-quality information in CRM systems. The Sales Processes & Systems Coordinator serves as a key link between the Sales, Marketing, and IT departments, and BYD Europe headquarters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, data analysis, or CRM management (preferred industries: automotive, FMCG, retail).
  • Very good knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce, DMS, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent command of MS Excel.
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and proactivity.
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop CRM processes (configuration, implementation, user training with the Training Department).
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams in reporting sales funnel results, orders, registrations, and production status.
  • Coordinate data flow between dealers, BYD Polska headquarters, and BYD Europe.
  • Monitor data quality and consistency in CRM and DMS systems.
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Finance teams on system integration and development of sales tools.
  • Participate in optimization projects related to sales processes and customer service.
