The Personal Lines Customer Care Associate I, offers essential support to customers and internal personnel. This position is responsible for resolving billing, invoice and payment-related inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy. The associate uses various resources to process account transactions, investigate and apply account adjustments. Associate will also handle commercial lines accounts as needed. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm Once fully trained, work from home flexibility is available.
