Oversee RTE production processes to ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Enforce all RTE protocols, including gowning, equipment cleaning, and zone separation. Train and support general production employees working in RTE environments. Ensure proper sanitation of RTE equipment prior to and during use. Monitor packaging procedures to ensure alignment with customer and company specifications. Verify code date accuracy, product labeling, and packaging integrity. Communicate production expectations, goals, and updates to the team. Work closely with QA and Sanitation teams to identify and resolve food safety concerns. Complete and review required production and quality documentation. Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant work environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Lead by example in following GMPs, food safety protocols, and safety procedures. Report any deviations, non-conformances, or safety hazards to the Operations Manager immediately. Perform other duties as assigned to support department and company objectives.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently working toward completion).
  • 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing; RTE experience strongly preferred.
  • Basic math skills and ability to complete production forms accurately.
  • Working knowledge of RTE guidelines, GMPs, and sanitation procedures.
  • General computer skills and ability to input data accurately.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
