About The Position

The Buca Pizza/Pantry Cook at Eden Prairie plays a vital role in ensuring the timely preparation and quality of food items within a fast-paced kitchen environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a food preparation or kitchen role, preferably in pizza or similar fast-casual dining.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizza dough and ingredients according to standardized recipes and portion controls.
  • Assemble pizzas with appropriate toppings, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met.
  • Manage pantry inventory by organizing ingredients, restocking supplies, and monitoring expiration dates.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely order completion.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety.
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity.
