The Customer Service Representative is responsible for dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face to face. This role requires a memorized knowledge of the menu and the ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Representatives must maintain a positive demeanor, smiling both over the phone and in person. Additional duties include assisting in the preparation of food products and keeping the front of the store clean. Orientation and training will be provided on the job.
