About The Position

The Customer Service Representative role involves direct interaction with customers through various channels including telephone, electronic communication, and face-to-face interactions. Representatives are expected to have a thorough knowledge of the menu and to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. The position also includes responsibilities such as assisting in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the store. Training and orientation will be provided on the job, ensuring that all representatives are well-equipped to perform their duties.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
  • Must have a clear and upbeat speaking voice.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Have a memorized knowledge of our menu.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Smile both over the phone and when face to face with all customers.
  • Help in preparing food products.
  • Clean, sweep and help keep the front of the store clean.
