About The Position

The CSR - Insider position at Domino's involves working in-store as part of the Store Operations team. This role is non-exempt and reports to the General Manager, with a secondary report to the Regional Operations Manager. The position does not have any direct or indirect reports. The in-store environment is dynamic, with a focus on customer service and pizza making. Employees are encouraged to engage in friendly competition and are rewarded for outstanding performance. There are two main roles available: Pizza Makers and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). CSRs will primarily focus on customer care while also assisting with pizza making as needed. Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
