The position involves receiving training for preparing products and ingredients, as well as handling closing and/or opening procedures. The role requires operating a pizza oven and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout. The employee will be expected to make pizzas and other products to Domino’s standards and be part of a well-organized team during busy periods. Responsibilities include setting up the kitchen area and prepping ingredients when opening, as well as disposing of expiring ingredients and cleaning the kitchen area when closing. Maintaining cleanliness and organization during shifts is crucial. While the primary focus is on pizza making, employees will also be cross-trained to take orders from customers both in person and over the phone. The role promotes an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun, while upholding Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
