About The Position

Admiral’s Cup in Annapolis is getting ready to open its doors—and we’re on the lookout for an energetic and skilled Pizza Line Cook to join our brand-new kitchen team. Requirements

  • Prior pizza-making experience (bonus points if you’ve worked with wood-fired or specialty ovens).
  • Ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.
  • A friendly, team-first attitude and a passion for great guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) + 2 years of relevant kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the pizza station from start to finish—prep, cook, plate, repeat!
  • Set up and stock your station with confidence and minimal supervision.
  • Work with seasonal, high-quality ingredients (and perfect your craft while learning new techniques).
  • Collaborate with our chefs to help develop exciting new menu items.
  • Cross-train and master multiple stations such as Grill, Sauté, Fryer, or Garde Manger.
  • Keep your space spotless and organized—because great food starts with a clean kitchen.
  • Take part in both daily upkeep and deep cleans of equipment and prep areas.
