About The Position
The Pizza Hut Team Member reports to the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Restaurant General Manager, or KHM on Duty. This role involves learning the position thoroughly and ensuring an excellent guest experience every day by prioritizing customer needs and promoting a positive restaurant culture.

Responsibilities
- Follows all Position Specific Training Processes Listed on Shoulder 2 Shoulder Training
- Always Puts Customer Needs First
- Promote Positive Restaurant Culture (Live Life Unboxed!)
- Delivers on Pizza Hut Service Principals (Deliver it Fast, Make Food We are Proud to Service, Service with a Smile)
- Deliver High Customer Satisfaction Results
- Follow All Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and Processes (Food, Restaurant and Driver Safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, CORE)
- Completes Cleaning Duties and Sidework Daily
- Provides Excellent Customer Service on Telephone Calls
- Cleans and Washes Dishes
- Assist with Food Preparation and Ready 4 Customer Practices
- Adheres to Employee Handbook and Policies (Cash Controls, Anti-Harassment, etc.)
- Maintains Professional Image and Highly Ethical Conduct as Representative of Tasty Hut, LLC
- Exhibits Tasty Hut, LLC Core Values and Work Daily to Fulfill Mission and Vision
- Other Duties as Assigned
