The Pizza Hut Team Member reports to the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Restaurant General Manager, or KHM on Duty. This role involves learning all aspects of the position, owning the guest experience, and consistently putting customer needs first. Team Members are expected to promote a positive restaurant culture, deliver on Pizza Hut Service Principals (fast delivery, quality food, service with a smile), and achieve high customer satisfaction. They must adhere to all Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and Processes, including food, restaurant, and driver safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, and CORE. The role also includes completing daily cleaning duties and sidework, providing excellent customer service on telephone calls, cleaning and washing dishes, and assisting with food preparation and Ready 4 Customer Practices. Team Members must also adhere to the Employee Handbook and policies (e.g., Cash Controls, Anti-Harassment), maintain a professional image, exhibit highly ethical conduct as a representative of Tasty Hut, LLC, and embody Tasty Hut, LLC Core Values to fulfill the mission and vision.
