Our Pizza Chef maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation. They assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes. They are our experts of the “Dough-Pro” machine. Our Pizza Chef supports the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift. They prepare all necessary items for their station as needed. They practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment. They maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.

Requirements

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes.
• Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for their station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain the proper temperature of equipment.
• Perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
