About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pizza Cook (Pizzaiolo) to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas while maintaining consistency, speed, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. You will work with fresh ingredients, follow established recipes, and ensure every pizza meets our standards for taste and presentation. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or similar kitchen role preferred
• Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques, including dough stretching and oven operation
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (certification is a plus)
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours)
• Capable of lifting up to 40–50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
