About The Position

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.Create dough, sauce, and toppings from scratch using fresh ingredients.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.Assist in menu development and the creation of new pizza recipes.Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and delivery during peak hours.Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a pizza chef or similar role
• Knowledge of pizza-making techniques and recipes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A passion for cooking and a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Culinary school training or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with a variety of pizza styles (e.g., Neapolitan, New York-style, etc.)
• Experience with kitchen equipment and tools specific to pizza making
