Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a pizza cook or restaurant cook is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing ingredients, stretching dough, and baking pizzas in Italian wood-fired ovens.
• Following standard recipes and accommodating special dietary requests.
• Memorizing menu items, understanding abbreviations, and ensuring visually appealing plate portions.
• Collaborating with take-out and main dining teams to ensure timely orders.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food production codes.
• Maintaining strict sanitation practices by cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
