About The Position

As a food preparation team member, you will be responsible for making and preparing food in a timely manner while adhering to the highest food safety standards. You will be the trained expert crafting our handmade products in our stores, utilizing your knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of food preparation. Your role will involve multitasking and working efficiently under pressure, ensuring that every product meets our quality standards.

• Proficient in following and executing recipes, timing and delegation with knowledge of safe food handling, food storage and sanitation

Responsibilities

• Assisting in food preparation
• Consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
• Prepare a variety of food items accurately and with quality
• Manage and ensure quality of each step of the product life particularly the production-line
• Document and report any discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment if necessary
• Setup kitchen successfully for next shift including Opens and Closes
