About The Position

You Will: Advocate for, engage your team within and enforce Conagra's safety and quality program. Understand the mechanical aspects of your line allowing for basic troubleshooting Communicate any potential line concerns for safety, efficiency or risk promptly Engage your team in learning the line and producing the best products, while growing within Conagra Coordinate line training opportunities Use an enterprise resource planning platform (prefer SAP) to log production tasks Partner with maintenance, leaders and staff to guide production and participate in opportunities for improvement You Have: High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, stand and walk for up to 12 hours Proficient in written and verbal English language Minimum one year Microsoft Office experience Have at least one year of manufacturing leadership experience
