About The Position

Pittsburgh Supervisor – Lead, Inspire & Grow With Us! A Quality Facility Services is hiring a motivated Supervisor to lead operations, support a hardworking team, and ensure top-quality service. If you’re a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching others and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you! What You’ll Do Lead and support daily operations across your assigned sites Train, coach, and motivate team members Manage inventory: stock, supplies, ordering, and waste reduction Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks when needed Run daily huddles and weekly meetings with the Area Manager Perform quality inspections, walk-throughs, and follow-up corrections Maintain a clean, organized, professional worksite Identify team members for added responsibilities or promotions Monitor labor hours and stay within budget Improve processes to maximize efficiency Communicate updates clearly to staff (hours, policies, procedures) Take accountability for labor, results, and client satisfaction Partner with the Manager to achieve company and client goals

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation + clean driving record
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or with a team
  • Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Stable work history
  • Experience managing inventory and labor budgets
  • Skilled in staff development and motivation
