About The Position

Requirements

  • Significant experience in creating and nurturing linkages with communities and organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully recruiting patients from healthcare and community organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Disparity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging principles.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow study protocols accurately.
  • Skills as a collaborative and effective team member.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare grant applications, manuscripts, and research papers.
  • Assist with complex research papers and audits of research studies.
  • Monitor study budgets and order supplies.
  • Implement protocol-specific study recruitment plans.
  • Train staff and oversee student workers.
  • Lead team meetings.
  • Develop methods to increase enrollment of subjects with diabetic foot ulcers from marginalized populations.
