Description Duties include but not limited to: Learning and understanding our safety culture and implementing all of Rogers Group’s safety principles without compromise Operate front-end loader to move and load shot rock, crushed stone, or overburden safely and efficiently. Maintain a consistent feed to the plant/crusher while minimizing downtime and spillage. Plant maintenance and clean up when needed Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues or needed repairs. Assist with maintaining haul roads, loading areas, and stockpiles to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow. Communicate effectively with the plant operator, haul truck drivers, and other pit personnel using radios and hand signals. May be called upon at the discretion of the supervisor in charge to perform any other duties assigned and/or to assist with other areas as necessary Qualifications: Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, without constant supervision. Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises. Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required. Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration requirement.
