About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Operate a front-end loader to feed the plant and load trucks safely and efficiently Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Monitor material quality and communicate with team members to ensure production goals Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards Assist with other quarry operations as needed

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
  • Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
  • Must be able to work in uneven terrain and confined spaces
  • Tolerance for exposure to dust, vibration, and other typical quarry conditions
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods
